Project packages (Ignition, Velocity, Storm) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if we have not yet commenced the initial audit or discovery work. Once work has started, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion.
One-time add-on extras are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the work has not started. Once the specific deliverable has been started, it is non-refundable.
Pre-purchased consulting hours that have not been used within 90 days of purchase are refundable. Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
Email hello@stormrankseo.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Portuguese and EU consumer protection law.
