Digital delivery only

All services from StormRank SEO are delivered digitally via email, shared Google documents and shared dashboards. No physical goods are shipped.

Start timeline

Work begins within 5 business days of payment confirmation. An onboarding email is sent within 2 business days confirming the start date and what access we need from you.

Deliverable timelines

• SEO Audit: 7 to 10 business days after receiving website access.
• Technical SEO: First deliverable within 10 business days. Ongoing work reported monthly.
• Content Strategy: Strategy document within 14 business days of kickoff call.
• Link Authority: First links reported at end of month 1. Placement timeline depends on publisher schedule (typically 2 to 6 weeks per placement).
• E-commerce SEO: First batch of optimised pages within 10 business days.
• Local SEO Portugal: Initial Google Business Profile setup within 5 business days. Citation campaign reported monthly.

Reporting

Monthly reports are delivered by the 5th of the following month for all ongoing work. Reports are in English or Portuguese per your preference.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platform outages, publisher delays in link placements or other events outside our reasonable control. We notify clients promptly of any significant delays.
